GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The general conditions of sale described below define the applicable conditions to any purchase made on the merchant site www.latatoueuse.paris (hereinafter the "Seller") by a customer (hereinafter the "Buyer").
Placing an order on the website at www.latatoueuse.paris implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the Buyer's order.
Jewellery received and already worn or damaged will not be refunded.
Returns of personalized jewellery are not accepted.
PRICES
The prices of the products sold are those in force on the day the order is placed. They are denominated in euros.
They do not include shipping costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the items purchased. Shipping costs will be specified before confirmation of the order by the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the price stated when the order is confirmed.
All prices are shown in Euros All Taxes Included (TTC) including the Value Added Tax (VAT) and excluding participation in shipping costs, which are specified when the order is confirmed.
ORDERS
The information stated by the Buyer when placing an order is binding on the Buyer.
In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's details, the Seller cannot be held liable if delivery is impossible.
Orders are final only when they have been confirmed by the payment of the price by the Buyer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments are made by credit card through a secure online payment solution. Once the order is confirmed, the buyer must pay the full amount of the order, which will only be shipped upon receipt of payment and its confirmation.
LATE PAYMENT
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order from a Buyer with whom there is a previous payment dispute.
DELIVERY
Domestic shipping is made by Tracked letter or Colissimo parcel depending on the weight and size of the order and sent to the address specified by the buyer on the order form.
Delivery time is estimated at 10 days at most after receipt of payment.
Any reasonable delay in delivery of the products will not entitle the buyer to damages or the right to cancel the order.
The transport risk is borne in full by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be sent by e-mail within five days of delivery to the following address: contact@latatoueuse.paris.
The standard domestic shipping method is Colissimo parcel. For deliveries abroad, the shipping method is "Colissimo international" parcel with tracking number. Additional taxes and import charges may apply; these do not appear in the total price charged and are the buyer’s full responsibility.
Shipping:
The amount of shipping costs depends on the place of delivery and the weight of the order (price list available upon request). Shipping costs are always specified at checkout before validation of the order.
Shipping is free for orders over €50 in France.
Returns:
Should the Buyer wish to return products to Charlotte&Alexandre, they must follow the instructions below. Products must be returned to Charlotte&Alexandre in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...) accompanied by a letter signed by the Buyer and stating the reasons for the return. Charlotte&Alexandre accepts returns within seven days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return postage costs shall be borne by the Buyer except in the case of non-conformity of the order.
If the Buyer wishes to exchange the products ordered, shipping costs will be at their expense.
To return a product, you must follow these instructions:
- Use the original packaging to return the product(s).
- Fill in and attach a return slip mentioning the reasons for the return. Returns without a return slip are not accepted.
- Send the parcel by registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Charlotte&Alexandre - 37 bd Murat - 75016 Paris - France.
Charlotte&Alexandre does not accept parcels sent with postage due. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held liable for any non-performance or delayed performance of any of its obligations under these general terms and conditions resulting from a case of force majeure.
In this respect, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
The Seller also cannot be held liable in the event of disruption or total or partial strike of the postal services.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, for all distance selling operations, the buyer has a period of seven days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund, without penalties except for return shipping costs.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify or delete data concerning you. You can exercise this right by contacting us by email or via the contact form available on the website at www.latatoueuse.paris.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the models presented in this site are protected by the law on intellectual property (articles L111-1 and following of the intellectual property code).
No reproduction, even partial, other than what is provided for in article L122-5 of the intellectual property code may be made of this site without express prior permission from the author.
